Periodical Publisher offers two support options for your online website system designed to fit your needs. Available in Gold and Silver, these plans offer you the priority level you need. If you have questions about our support plans, contact your sales and support members at 1-888-229-3668 (Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm, Eastern Time).
Gold Priority Support
As a Gold Priority Support plan member, you get priority status with our customer service department via a Toll Free Phone line during our regular business hours (Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm, Eastern Time). You will also receive priority email support and best of all, you don't have to call us: we will call you to confirm the support issues.

Support Details
Periodical Publisher strives to develop the finest and easiest software on the market, but no matter how hard we try, we understand that you will still have questions about your system. If we designed and installed your templates for you we guarantee the operation of your system and provide system maintenance on both support plans. If we have not designed and installed your templates, our technicians will be happy to correct/fix any problems that may exist for $75 per hour.
Documentation
At this time we do not publish our documentation openly to the public. Our support tutorials and tips are available only to active subscribers to the system. This documentation is available through your control panel access to our administrative system.
